RTW's Incoming Chief Executive

The board of RTW are delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Clark into the role of Chief Executive following a recent recruitment campaign.

Currently Depute Chief Executive of the company, Kate will take up the post on her 14th anniversary with Routes To Work on 1st April 2024 and will spearhead the pursuit of the ambitions contained within the company’s new three-year business plan.

Kate said, “I am absolutely delighted to have been appointed Chief Executive of Routes To Work. During my 14 years here so far, I have often expressed to new and existing colleagues how much I love my job and enjoy coming in every day and helping to transform lives. The people we have working here are passionate and committed to our clients and everything they do so, for me to be leading an organisation with such an excellent track record and dedicated teams is an absolute honour. I will do my best for everyone, every day.”
