Manufacturing Technician Operator.

The Manufacturing Technician Operator will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery, ensuring production processes run efficiently, and meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment to produce products      according to specifications.

  • Monitor production lines to ensure machines are running efficiently      and products meet quality standards.

  • Record production data, including output, downtime, and equipment      performance.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or      adjustments as needed.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to improve      production processes and resolve production issues.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of      materials and equipment.

  • Assist in training new operators and technicians on equipment and      processes.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance      efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production quality.

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, following      proper housekeeping standards.


Experience:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operations.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production orders.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work in compliance with safety regulations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to report on production activities accurately.
