Childcare Practitioner

Out of School Care provider based in Muirhead.

Required working hours are 16 hours, term time 7.45 – 9am and 2.45pm-6pm Monday to Friday.

During school holidays staff will make up their 16 hours during full days where the company are open 8am-6pm.

Duties:

Collecting Children from school each day, setting up hall, preparing/serving snacks, planning and carrying out activities daily, paperwork.

Essential Criteria: 

• PVG check will be carried out

• Must register with SSSC once employment starts

Desirable Criteria: 

• A Driver’s license is preferred but not essential

• Must be willing to start their qualification in Childcare at least at NC level, or equivalent or willing to work towards.

Required Qualification: 

• The candidate can gain a childcare qualification while working.
