What We Offer
We have lots of different workshops and accredited qualifications that will help you learn more about health and wellbeing, open up potential job opportunities in health and wellbeing, and even discover new ways to help you feel better.
What is self-esteem and confidence? This workshop will go over the difference between both confidence and self-esteem, how to identify where you are with your own confidence and self-esteem, and how to improve them.
Build Your Confidence & Self-Esteem
Heighten your self-motivation by setting small goals and recognising your achievements. This course will help your motivation rise and have a positive effect on your mental health.
Motivation You Control
This course is designed to enable you to improve your understanding and awareness of mental health and wellbeing. You'll learn about coping strategies and building resilience, understanding mental health, and the influences on mental health and wellbeing. Once you successfully complete the course, you'll be awarded a SQA Level 4 in Mental Health & Wellbeing, which can help you professionally and personally.
